Assurance and Reliability

At Truewind, trust is integrated into everything we do. We deploy enterprise-grade safeguards to protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your financial data and workflows.

Protected with enterprise-grade security

Truewind is SOC 2-certified and built for high-net-worth clients who value privacy and control. Enterprise-grade security is built into every layer of the Truewind platform.

Where enabled, organizations can anonymize selected transaction fields—such as User memo, Account owner, and Check number—before they reach supported AI workflows. Customer data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and enterprise-grade safeguards. We do not remove all personally identifiable information from every AI input.

Truewind's commitment to protecting our customers' personal information

Our compliance posture is grounded in repeatable controls and clear customer commitments.

Transparency

We're committed to transparency about the data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Accountability

Truewind is committed to protecting personal information. Every employee at Truewind is trained on protecting personal information we control or process.

Privacy Rights

Truewind has processes in place to ensure requests for data access, deletion, and portability are handled properly and in a timely manner.

Security Safeguards

Truewind maintains technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to prevent accidental loss, alteration, or destruction and to protect against unauthorized access or unlawful processing of personal information.

AI input controls

In-product AI features—including Workpaper Agent and other authenticated accounting workflows—are available only to signed-in users within the Truewind platform. The public Knowledge Base also offers a CAPTCHA-gated support question interface that does not require login; when enabled, submitted questions may be answered using an AI model scoped to published Knowledge Base content and do not access customer accounting data or in-product workspaces.

Depending on the workflow, AI inputs may include:

  • User prompts and instructions entered in the product
  • Files and attachments uploaded for processing
  • Messages and attachments from connected Slack or Microsoft Teams integrations, when enabled

Controls applied at a high level include:

  • Human review of AI-generated outputs before posting or downstream use where the workflow requires it
  • Tool and SOP constraints that limit what an agent can access and execute
  • Treatment of uploaded documents and user prompts as untrusted input
