Truewind is the digital accountant for modern accounting teams. We use AI agents to help startups, growing businesses, and accounting firms close faster, reduce manual work, and deliver clean, investor-ready financials.

Truewind is built for the messy, high-volume parts of accounting - like Point of Sale tie-outs, payroll accruals, donations/revenue schedules, fixed assets & prepaids rollforwards, and field-services revenue recognition - and turns them into reliable workflows without spreadsheet chaos.

We're a YC company and have raised a $13M Series A co-led by Rho Capital and Thomson Reuters Ventures (with Pathlight Ventures, Fin Capital, and Y Combinator participating), bringing total funding to $17M+.

We collaborate closely in San Francisco from our office at 577 2nd St, and what matters most is that we execute and deliver outcomes for customers.

Who We Need

We're looking for an accountant who wants to build - someone who can take real-world accounting problems, translate them into repeatable workflows, and help customers see measurable improvements in their month-end close.

You will:

• investigate the customers accounting process to identify pain points,
• support the AE in the sales process by facilitating the POC,
• own the long-term relationship with customers after onboarding,
• partnering with controllers, finance leads, and accounting teams to ensure they're getting compounding value from Truewind.
